Integrative coaching combines holistic approaches that support personal, emotional, and relational wellbeing. It also focuses on aligning your actions with your deepest values, inspiring a deeper connection to yourself and your people.

Holistic Coaching considers the entire person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions - and uses a nonlinear approach.

Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) can help you explore and understand your inner world in a new way. It involves recognizing and establishing connections with various "parts" of yourself to support healing and integration.

Transformational Coaching supports you in making meaningful changes in your life by exploring your beliefs, values, and behaviors while practicing new ways of relating and being.

Additional Frameworks: Relational, Collaborative, Liberation-Forward, Insight-Oriented, and Feminist

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

  • If you feel relatively resourced but you’re feeling “stuck” or unsure of how to move forward, coaching could be a great fit for you. If you’re experiencing significant distress or trauma that interferes with daily living, therapy would be the best starting point.

  • Coaching focuses on personal growth in the present and future, while therapy focuses on processing trauma and past experiences.

  • For coaching, we can work together no matter where you live. For therapy, we can only work together if you live in Michigan, New York, or Florida due to state licensing restrictions.

  • Coaches are unable to diagnose or write letters for medical care. If you’re interested in exploring a potential diagnosis or require a letter for medical care, visit my resources page to find a therapist in your area.

  • Although coaching can be therapeutic, it is not a replacement for therapy. If you are uncertain which path is best for you, we will explore this further during our initial consultation to ensure you are matched with the right level of support.
